Terms and Conditions – 2jearn Online Betting Platform Pakistan

Welcome to 2jearn. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 2jearn ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your use of the 2jearn website located at https://2jearn.bet, its associated mobile interfaces, games, services and all related features (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the 2jearn Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of our service, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 2jearn Platform.

These Terms are written in plain English with Pakistani players in mind. Our goal is to make sure every 2jearn player understands exactly what they are agreeing to, what their rights are and what the 2jearn Platform commits to providing. If anything is unclear, our support team is available 24/7 in English and Urdu to assist you.

To register and use the 2jearn Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2jearn strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. Age verification will be required and any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be using the Platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of another person or as a business operation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of 2jearn or any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online betting in your place of residence before using 2jearn.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and be acting of your own free will without coercion.

2jearn reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify that these eligibility conditions are met. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 2jearn Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the details of another person, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and permanent ban, with all balances forfeited.

When registering your 2jearn account you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your real full name, date of birth, valid mobile number and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 2jearn login credentials (username and password). Do not share your login details with any other person. 2jearn will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact 2jearn support immediately at support@2jearn.bet or via live chat so that appropriate security measures can be taken.

All deposits on the 2jearn Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher tier VIP accounts may have their individual limits adjusted by agreement with their account manager.

2jearn accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and OTC)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet and OTC)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT Bank Transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether family members, friends or any other person — are not permitted and may trigger an account review. Any funds deposited from a payment source not matching your verified 2jearn account details may be held pending investigation.

2jearn does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges which are outside 2jearn's control. All deposit transactions are non-reversible once confirmed.

Withdrawal requests on 2jearn can be submitted at any time from the cashier section of your account. There is no minimum withdrawal amount. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, to maintain consistent account verification.

2jearn does not deduct any fees from withdrawal amounts. Players are responsible for any charges applied by their bank or payment provider. 2jearn may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above a defined threshold. Documentation may include a CNIC copy and proof of payment method ownership.

2jearn offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback, VIP Club tier rewards and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms as communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 2jearn promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The requirement will be clearly stated on the specific promotion page. As a general guide, standard bonus wagering requirements range from 1x to 5x depending on your VIP tier and the bonus type.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire after the stated period. Once expired, they cannot be reactivated. Active bonus wagering progress may also expire if not completed within the specified window.
• Single bonus policy: Only one bonus can be active at a time on your 2jearn account. Activating a new bonus before completing an existing one will forfeit the outstanding bonus balance.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game type is published on the 2jearn promotions page. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith — will have their bonus removed, any associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

The VIP Club cashback returns (3%–15% depending on tier) are calculated on net weekly losses and are credited every Monday. Diamond tier cashback carries no wagering requirement. All other tiers carry wagering requirements as detailed on the VIP Club page.

All sports betting, including cricket, football, virtual sports and live markets, on the 2jearn Platform is subject to the following rules:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 2jearn system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues or system downtime are not valid until confirmation is received.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market displays its individual minimum and maximum stake limits. 2jearn reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. If odds change between your selection and the moment of system confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred, all bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply per sport and are available on the 2jearn sports betting help section.
• In-play betting: Live or in-play bets are processed in real time and are subject to a brief processing delay. Any bets placed after the outcome of a market has been determined but before the system has updated will be voided by 2jearn.
• Palpable errors: If 2jearn posts incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error, the company reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether they have been settled. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

All casino games, live dealer games, card games and virtual games available on the 2jearn Platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology for digital games, or physical decks and equipment for live dealer games. The integrity of all game outcomes is independently verified.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is an average calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and does not represent or guarantee any individual session outcome. Short-term variance in casino and card games is normal and expected.

Malfunctions — whether technical errors in RNG games or connectivity issues during live dealer games — void all affected bets and stakes are returned. 2jearn will not be liable for any consequential claims arising from a technical malfunction. In the case of a live dealer game being interrupted, the round outcome at the moment of disconnection will determine settlement where a clear outcome existed; otherwise the round will be voided.

Players may not use any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanical or electronic aids while playing games on the 2jearn Platform. Such behaviour constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 9 of these Terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2jearn Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be voided:

• Opening or operating more than one account on 2jearn.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Using automated software, bots or other tools to interact with the 2jearn Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account credentials with another person.
• Money laundering or using the 2jearn Platform for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise interfere with the 2jearn Platform's technology or infrastructure.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account claiming, arbitrage betting designed to abuse promotions or circular wagering.

2jearn reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or otherwise prohibited activity.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction being applied to the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Legal obligation or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonuses where the wagering requirement has not been met will not be returned.

Players may also choose to close their own 2jearn account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

2jearn collects, stores and processes personal data provided by players during registration and ongoing use of the Platform. This data is used to operate and improve the 2jearn service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and communicate relevant promotions and updates to players.

2jearn does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment providers for transaction processing, with regulatory authorities when legally required, and with fraud prevention services for account security purposes.

All personal data held by 2jearn is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Players have the right to request a copy of their personal data, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data in circumstances permitted by applicable law.

2jearn is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their betting activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 2jearn account holders at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings to control how much you fund your account.
• Session time limits: Receive notifications or automatic log-outs after a specified session duration.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a given period. Once the limit is reached, your account will not accept further bets until the period resets.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from betting for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) while your account remains open.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 2jearn Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the stated period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jearn shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising from a player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime or connectivity issues outside 2jearn's direct control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information displayed on the Platform due to technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 2jearn's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. In all other circumstances, 2jearn's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 2jearn Platform and all content within it are provided on an "as is" basis. While 2jearn makes every effort to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates or other technical work that may result in temporary unavailability.

2jearn reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the 2jearn Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.

Your continued use of the 2jearn Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
